How long does it take to get set up?

You get your login within minutes of checkout. Most members have the CRM configured to their business within a few evenings. The video library walks you through each stage.

How does the 14-day free trial work?

You sign up today, you get full portal access straight away, and no payment comes out for 14 days. If Foundation isn’t right for you, cancel any time during those 14 days and you pay nothing, no questions. On day 15, if you haven’t cancelled, your first charge of £83.33 + VAT goes through and the 12-month membership begins.

Is there a minimum term?

Yes, 12 months, starting on day 15 when your first payment goes through. And we’ll be straight about why. Building out a proper business system isn’t something that happens overnight. It takes real commitment to work through the setup, use the training library, and bed it into how you run the business. The 12 months exists because that’s roughly how long it takes to do it properly. If you’re looking for a one-month dabble, use the 14-day trial to find out. After the initial 12 months, the membership rolls monthly with 30 days’ written notice to cancel.

Do I need to buy other software on top?

No. Foundation replaces Mailchimp, Calendly, a separate CRM, an SMS platform, a review tool, and a funnel builder. One login covers all of it.

What if I want the live training later?

Upgrade to Control any time from inside your portal. You pay the difference, you’re into the next Thursday session that week.

Can I get a refund if it’s not right?

Consumer customers (individuals not acting in a business capacity) have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period from the membership start date. Business customers are not covered by consumer cooling-off and the 12-month initial term applies. Either way, you can upgrade to Control or Inner Circle from inside the portal at any time.

I’m not tech savvy. Will I cope?

Yes, and we’ve built Foundation for exactly this. Every task in the platform has a short step-by-step video showing you the exact clicks. You watch, pause, do the step, unpause. When a video doesn’t answer your question, you raise a ticket in the portal and a real person on our team walks you through it. You’re not expected to work it out on your own, and you’re not expected to be a developer. If you can follow a recipe, you can set Foundation up.
