Everything you need to know about Business Builders Club.
Getting Started
Getting Started
What is Business Builders Club?
Business Builders Club is a membership for coaches, consultants, mentors, and service-based business owners who want to build a properly functioning business. We give you the system — a full all-in-one CRM and automation platform — the strategy, through live training and expert consulting, and the support, so you’re never left trying to figure things out alone. It’s not a course you buy and shelve. It’s an ongoing partnership built around making your business work.
Who is BBC for?
BBC is built specifically for coaches, consultants, mentors, and service-based business owners. If you sell your expertise, your time, or a service, this is designed for you. Whether you’re helping businesses grow, coaching individuals, providing professional services, or anything in between — the system, training, and consulting are all tailored to the way service businesses run.
What if I’m just starting out?
The Foundation package is designed with you in mind. You get the full CRM platform, a step-by-step training portal, and weekly live sessions to guide you through setting everything up correctly from the start. Starting with the right infrastructure now means you won’t be rebuilding things six months down the line when you’re busier. Many of our most successful members joined at Foundation when they were just getting going.
I already have an established business — is this still relevant?
Absolutely. Control and Inner Circle are specifically designed for business owners who are ready to scale. If you have revenue coming in but you’re working too hard for it, or if your systems are stitched together from a dozen different tools, BBC will help you build a proper infrastructure and give you consistent expert input to accelerate growth. The weekly consulting calls are particularly valuable for owners with live business challenges to solve.
How is BBC different from other programmes?
Most programmes give you advice and leave you to implement it alone. BBC gives you the system — an actual all-in-one CRM and automation platform set up for your business — not just a strategy deck. You also get weekly live training and, depending on your package, weekly consulting directly with Jake and Aiden. You’re not watching pre-recorded content from a hired trainer. You’re working directly with the founders every week, with real accountability and real solutions to real problems.
Membership & Packages
Membership & Packages
What are the three packages?
There are three membership levels. Foundation at £150/mo + VAT includes the full CRM platform, training portal, and weekly training sessions — everything you need to build and run your system yourself. Control at £300/mo + VAT adds a weekly 1.5-hour live consulting call with Jake and Aiden where you bring real business problems and leave with actionable solutions. Inner Circle at £600/mo + VAT includes everything in Control plus monthly in-person mastermind days — a small, intimate group with deep-dive sessions into your business.
What system do I get access to?
Every member gets access to an all-in-one CRM and business automation platform. It replaces the need for separate tools like Mailchimp, Calendly, ClickFunnels, HubSpot, and SMS platforms. Included in the platform: AI-powered automation, email and SMS sequences, booking calendars, a sales pipeline, landing pages and funnels, review management, and a course and portal hosting. Everything is configured for a service-based business and you get a step-by-step training library showing you how to use every feature.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes. Many members start on Foundation to get their system set up and their foundations in order, then move up to Control or Inner Circle when they’re ready for more hands-on support. Upgrades are straightforward and we’ll make sure the transition is seamless. Just get in touch with us and we’ll sort it out.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
We ask for genuine commitment, not a casual subscription you forget about. This is an active membership and the results you get are directly tied to your engagement. The full terms are shared during onboarding so you know exactly what to expect before anything is confirmed. If you have questions about terms before joining, just reach out to us at info@businessbuildersclub.co.uk.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. You can choose to be billed annually and save 15% compared to the monthly price. The annual option is available for all three packages. You can switch between monthly and annual billing — just head to the packages page to see both options side by side.
Sessions & Support
Sessions & Support
Who runs the sessions?
Jake and Aiden, the founders of Business Builders Club, run every training and consulting session. You learn from people who have built businesses themselves, not hired trainers working from a script. That means the advice is grounded in real experience, and the sessions are genuinely useful rather than generic. When you bring a problem to the consulting call, you’re getting the direct input of people who understand what it’s like to be in your position.
When are the Thursday sessions?
Every Thursday there are two sessions. The training session runs in the morning — 30 to 40 minutes of focused teaching followed by a live Q&A. This is available to all members. The consulting call is a separate 1.5-hour session, available to Control and Inner Circle members, where you bring your actual business challenges and get actionable solutions from Jake, Aiden, and the group. Exact session times are confirmed during onboarding.
What happens on the consulting calls?
The consulting calls are not training sessions — they are live working sessions. You come with real business problems: a sales process that isn’t converting, a marketing message that isn’t landing, a system you can’t get working, a pricing question, a positioning challenge. Jake and Aiden, along with the other members in the room, work through it with you and you leave with specific actions to take. Other members’ challenges also provide valuable learning — you’ll often find someone else’s problem gives you a breakthrough in your own business.
Where are the in-person events?
Inner Circle members attend monthly in-person mastermind days held in our dedicated mastermind room. The full location details and schedule are shared with Inner Circle members upon joining. These are small, intimate sessions — the group is kept deliberately small so every attendee gets real time and attention, not a seat in a conference room watching a presentation.
What if I can’t make a live session?
All training sessions are recorded and made available in the training portal, so you can catch up at your own pace. We’d always encourage you to attend live where possible — the Q&A and group dynamic add real value — but life happens and we make sure you never miss the content. Consulting call recordings are also available to Control and Inner Circle members.
How do I get support between sessions?
All members have access to the portal support chat for technical questions and platform issues. You can submit a support request at any time and get a response to help you move forward. For business and strategy questions, the weekly Thursday sessions are the primary place to get those answered — and you can come prepared with specific questions to make the most of the live Q&A.
Technical & System
Technical & System
What if I’m not technical?
Most of our members aren’t technical when they join, and that’s fine. The training portal walks you through every feature step by step, with clear video tutorials that show exactly what to do and in what order. If you get stuck, portal support is there to help. And in the weekly live training sessions, you can ask questions in real time and get immediate help. You don’t need to know anything about tech — you just need to be willing to follow the process.
Can I use the CRM for multiple businesses?
Each BBC membership account is set up for one business. The platform is configured around your specific business — your branding, your funnels, your automations, your pipelines. If you operate multiple separate businesses, get in touch with us to discuss your situation and we can advise on the best approach.
What tools does the system replace?
The BBC platform replaces: your email marketing tool (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc.), your booking and calendar tool (Calendly, Acuity), your funnel and landing page builder (ClickFunnels, Leadpages), your CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive), your SMS platform, your review and reputation management tool, and your course or portal hosting. The typical cost of running all of these separately is around £299/month — your BBC membership starts at £150/month and includes all of it plus the training and community.
Do I keep the system if I cancel my membership?
Access to the CRM platform is part of your active BBC membership. If your membership ends, your access to the platform ends with it. This is why we focus on helping you get the system genuinely embedded into your business — so it’s working hard for you every month and the membership pays for itself many times over.
Billing & Payments
Billing & Payments
How does billing work?
Billing is monthly, charged automatically via Stripe on the same date each month as your initial sign-up. If you choose annual billing, you are charged once for the full year at a 15% discount. You’ll receive a receipt by email each time a payment is taken. Payments are processed securely — we never store your card details; that is handled entirely by Stripe.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major debit and credit cards are accepted via Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payments are processed securely through Stripe’s payment infrastructure. If you have a specific payment requirement, contact us at info@businessbuildersclub.co.uk and we’ll do our best to help.
Are the prices inclusive of VAT?
No. All prices shown — Foundation £150/mo, Control £300/mo, Inner Circle £600/mo — are exclusive of VAT. The applicable VAT will be added at checkout. If your business is VAT-registered, the VAT element is reclaimable in the usual way. Your monthly invoice will clearly show the net amount and the VAT separately.
